Refinance Permanent Loan

Elowen Capital arranged a five-year interest only fixed rate loan through a conduit / CMBS lender to refinance an 238-unit affordable multifamily project in South Carolina. The financing provided an exit from the existing bridge loan with cash out proceeds and an additional deposit to a capital reserve for future renovations.
