Acquisition Bridge Loan

Elowen Capital arranged a two-year interest only bridge loan to support the acquisition and renovation of a three property, 296-unit, multifamily portfolio across the state of Alabama. The funds will be used to significantly improve the properties, stabilize the tenant base, and improve operations.
