Refinance Permanent Loan

Elowen Capital arranged a five-year fixed rate loan through an agency lender to refinance a 25-unit apartment building in Lumberton, MS. The financing allowed the borrower to cash out 90% of their cost basis after an all cash funded acquisition, renovation, and lease up period of 12-months.
