Acquisition Bridge Loan

Elowen Capital arranged a two-year interest-only bridge loan to support the acquisition and renovation of a five-property multifamily portfolio across the state of Alabama. The funds will be used to significantly improve the properties, stabilize the tenant base, and improve operations.
