Acquisition Bridge Loan

Elowen Capital arranged a two-year interest only bridge loan to support the acquisition and renovation of a 128-unit multifamily property located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The funds will be used to significantly improve the properties, stabilize the tenant base, and improve operations.
